How will I know that my order has been received?

Once you have placed your order you will be notified by email. Please check your junk mail if you cannot see your confirmation email.

Ruhe Studios accepts credit cards and Applepay for purchases made on our online store.

  

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us immediately at info@ruhestudios.com if the item you receive is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Faulty or damaged items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is given. Incorrect items received will be rectified immediately by refund or replacement.

 

The item I want to buy is sold out.
